Description of service(s)	Community Mental Health Services provides a wide range of services for children, adults, and seniors with a mental illness, or, who are experiencing a mental health problem. Services are prioritized according to severity and urgency of need.     Services include the following:   ~individual, family and/or group interventions,crisis intervention and stabilization,suicide intervention,   medication monitoring, and critical incident stress debriefing;   ~consultation/liaison with other professionals such as schools and hospitals, family physicians, nursing/special care homes, family and community social services, etc.;   ~psycho educational and community development programs such as suicide awareness and prevention workshops and journey of hope.   ~ Mobile Crisis Team Help you sort out problems…  Provide ideas, resources and support…  Suggest ways to cope…  Identify strengths…  Teach about mental illness…  Follow up with your support system…  Discuss ways to stay healthy and at home…    Services are confidential. Outreach programs are offered.

Eligibility	There are no age or financial restrictions; the problem must be of a mental health related issue.
Application	Assessment through the Intake Service which determines, with the individual, the most appropriate service to meet his or her needs. Referrals to the centre can be made by self, family, friends, family doctor, schools, court, hospitals, or other agencies.
