Description of service(s) Shining Horizons is a charitable organization dedicated to providing horseback riding to all disabled individuals. Their objective is to encourage and provide riding for the disabled as a source of enjoyment, therapeutic exercise, and recreational sport. 
 
The sessions stretch over 5-10 weeks, depending on the program, and are approximately one hour in length.
