Description of service(s) Through donations from the public and private sector, the Empty Stocking Fund provides Christmas gifts to less fortunate children.

Performers for the broadcast must be attending school up to grade 12.
Application To receive assistance from the fund, your application can be found in the Telegraph Journal, through your local church, social development office or on the facebook/twitter page. Please note all applications must be signed off by a member of the Clergy or a Social Worker and left with that agency, they will be applying on your behalf and will call you once the cards are in..
