Description of service(s) The Saint John Community Suicide Prevention Committee works towards it's mission by educating, facilitating, advocating, supporting, advising, and coordinating prevention, intervention, and post-vention services within our community. 
We strive to enhance and expand our community's knowledge of suicide and we strive to reduce the suicide rate and minimize the harmful consequences of suicidal behaviour within our community.

Membership to the committee is open to individuals or anyone who represents an agency, association, company, government department or organization, and are interested in being involved in the prevention, intervention, or post-vention of suicide. Membership is also open to survivors of suicide.
