| Description of service(s) | Women of Worth Support Group is guided by a trained facilitator. Anonymity is stressed. The group provides a safe, non-judgmental environment in which members are supported as they share personal experiences and learn new skills. Who could benefit from attending? Questions? ~ Would you like to be more assertive? ~ Do you have low self-esteem? ~ Does meeting new people frighten you? ~ Have you ever been in an abusive relationship?
