Description of service(s) Service Canada is in the process of becoming the service delivery agency for Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and other ministries * Human Resource Centres are changing their signage and telephones to reflect the change to Service Canada Centres. 
 
Telephone and online information and referral service for federal government services, programs, new initiatives and information products. Download any government on-line forms or brochures.  
 
Employment Insurance (EI) application and claims processing center:  
Income Security Program Assistance for Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS):  
Social Insurance Application and Job Bank Kiosks.
