Description of service(s) When you join the Y, you belong to a community who strive every day to be healthy, confident and connected. 
 
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are standing by to help you get started. 
 
- No contract membership 
- Unlimited access to our Fitness Centre, Pools and Gymnasium 
- Walking/Running Track 
- Drop-in programs and group fitness classes at no additional cost 
- Access to community centre programming 
- Access to a qualified YMCA Fitness Coach 
- Financial assistance 
- Canada-wide membership at participating YMCA facilities 
- Free parking
Hours Monday to Friday: 5:00 am to 10:30 pm 
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am to 8:30 pm 
Holiday Hours: 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
