Description of service(s) Support to Quit: Go Smoke-Free NB 
 
Call Go Smoke-Free NB for help with everything from thinking about quitting to staying smoke-free for life. 
 
FREE one-on-one advice and guidance is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (excluding holidays). Anyone living in New Brunswick can call Go Smoke-Free NB at 1-866-366-3667 any time. 
 
If you call after hours, leave a message and a clinical nicotine addiction specialist will call you back to set up a time to talk. You can also download a request form at www.smokefree.gc.ca/quit and email the completed form to gosmokefreenb@horizonnb.ca 
 
Quitting smoking is a journey and it can be hard to do alone. It can sometimes take several attempts to learn the best way for you to stay smoke-free. It's much easier to do it with the right information, advice, and support.  
 
Talking to a health care professional about quitting smoking can be the help you need to see it through. Call 1-866-366-3667 to receive free support on your journey toward smoke-free living. 
 
Clinical nicotine addiction specialists are available to listen to you, without judgment, and offer guidance to help you quit smoking your own way. Wherever you are on your journey, they’ll support you each step of the way.

Eligibility The target audience is 18 and over; however, youth are also provided services if they choose to call.
Application Services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. Clinical nicotine addiction specialists can assist all individuals (any age) seeking information on stopping or reducing smoking or vaping including cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, chew and snuff (i.e. all forms of tobacco) and e-cigarettes (containing nicotine).
